I would like to introduce myself, my name is Krystal Kaneff and I am a local realtor and property manager for Fairfield and surrounding counties. I have been working as a property manager for 10+ years and I've been a realtor since 2018 with Better Homes and Gardens Bighill. I take pride in my work and with properties I manage. We work with multiple owners and have a wide variety of homes, apartments, and commercial properties in and around Fairfield County. I have my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Administration which helps to deal with stressful situations that come up in the property management world. I enjoy my job and I am dedicated to helping people find their forever home no matter if it is buying or renting. I have experience with  public assistance and managing payments from Metropolitan Housing. We use rent manager software to keep up to date on late rents, renewals, and those on time payments. Currently the charge for a property manager is 10% of the income collected from residents. Yes, you read that right only 10% and you could relax and let us do the work for you. We will continue to have up to date available rentals listed below along with an application to print out for our rentals. We use Fabco as a national search engine for criminal background, rental background, and credit background. All applications require a $30.00 application fee for each adult in the home and can be returned to our office located at 601 W. Fair Ave, Lancaster, Ohio, 43130. Our office is open Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm for your convivence we accept cash and money orders for application payments. Every applicant is required to show a up to date photo identification along with one months proof of income. Income requirements are 3.5 times the rental amount to qualify and have a credit score of 450 or higher with no evictions within the last 7 years.
